“I had a fairly severe shoulder injury in Feb of 2022. After surgery, subsequent physical therapy and conventional strength training, my shoulder was still not 100%- not even close actually. A friend told me about FitFast, so I decided to give it a try. The results have been fabulous. My shoulder is “back” and feeling great. I absolutely believe the muscular strength I have gained from EMS is exactly why my shoulder feels so much better and my function is back to normal. “After fracturing my pelvis from a car accident, my doctor sent me here for PT. Madison was truly an Angel! She listened to all my pain complaints and was so compassionate and supportive. She worked with me and created a great program that strengthened my legs, improved my walking and just gave me more confidence. I made huge improvements. Healthy Body physical therapy/In Motion Fitness is wonderful place. All the staff (especially Sara) are all so helpful, kind and friendly. My son also had PT here for a shoulder injury and saw Bogan who worked with him only a few weeks but improved his pain immensely.
