Could NOT love this place more. The owner personally helped the groomer get my sweet guy taken care of. It’s been increasingly hard to get my big breed dog groomed yet they welcomed him with open arms. They not only took their time in the grooming portion but went above and beyond to meet his needs. Things like not crating him, understanding he needed water and being patient with all my questions and concerns. My dog was extremely happy and comfortable there and even did great when done being groomed. The owner and the staff went above and beyond. Miguel did an excellent job on our standard poodle puppy! He is amazing with him, such patience, and comes out, looking like an absolute show dog! Minilo also does an unbelievable job as well !

we tried the Huntersville shop (it's new) and they were awesome.My Suzy looks great and the staff was so friendly. Jordan at the front desk was so great and detailed in finding out what we wanted done.They also have mobile for many areas and a "shuttle" for people outside the area that will pick up and drop off your dog!
