I hate that my first interaction with this great company was an emergency and I was a little edgy. Came home from being out of town and both of my systems were out. They sent over Andy at the end of his shift and found out it was a bad blower motor, thank god it was under warranty still. There was some miscommunication on time frame about being able to get the part in but that happens. But it all got settled and they are getting this part installed today 25 July 2023 right before the heat wave hits hard. Great company, the ladies in the front are great and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer service. Once the part is installed ill give an update. Thank you Accu-Rite and your location right next to my house makes your company an easy local choice. ?
