Customer service: I booked the install back in August for October because they told me I could get a coupon they were running in August, which was honored. There was a mix up on the day of the install but they fixed the mistake and honored the coupon. Also, there was a mix up on the scheduling time and that also got fixed with ease.

Jimmy cleaned out the dryer duct on the outside of the house (2 stories high) and replaced it with a better one. We did have to buy a new dryer, but now we know how important it is to keep the ducts clean!“
