Ok i just must share that we have had nothing but the BEST service and work from this family-owned business Pappy Heating and Air. I found them by word of mouth on the Clayton Community website and let me tell you folks we LOVE this company and my husband and I have joined the group of Happy Pappy Supporters. We have had numerous problems happen over the years just due to old system or weather and power messing it up. Every time I call, they know we have small indoor dogs, and we are Seniors as well and really rely on having a working system. Air went out on one of the 100 degree days and they were still able to come out that day. Problem was loose wiring from installation 5 years ago by another heat and air contractor. They traced it down and got it running. Very knowledgeable and very reasonable.We live in a 55 and older community and they were recommended by other residents out here. All of them said how honest they were and I agree. I have found my heat and air guys in Clayton. Would highly recommend.

Techs came on time explained the issue of why my system was not heating to the thermostat setting, was able to replace the damaged part and complete winter PM. Great service! Thank you!
