Jimmy came to the rescue in a timely manner. Our dryer stopped working and we discovered that a bird nest in the dryer duct might have been to blame. Jimmy cleaned out the dryer duct on the outside of the house (2 stories high) and replaced it with a better one. We did have to buy a new dryer, but now we know how important it is to keep the ducts clean!

Prompt service and very professional. Showed pictures of what he found and what he cleaned in my dryer vent. Also repaired an issue I wasn't aware of. Will use his service again.

Jimmy was great at his work. Takes the time to explain the process of cleaning the vents, returns and HVAC. My dryer vent was really dirty. I think I will get Duck to clean my dryer vent on a yearly basis. The run is very long. Very happy customer!
