Duck offers awesome service with super nice and knowledgeable staff. They provide professional and thorough services for vent and duct cleaning, as well as heating and cooling system maintenance. Customers can expect a quick response, easy scheduling, and excellent performance. Cody, a super professional, works quickly to resolve duct issues for a more than reasonable price. He is straight forward about the process and cost, and does a fantastic job.
Jimmy was very professional and did an excellent job cleaning my dryer vent duct which was about 25 feet. He provided photos before and after his work, was done in about an hour, and was reasonably price. I would recommend and use his services in the future.
Jimmy came to the rescue in a timely manner. Our dryer stopped working and we discovered that a bird nest in the dryer duct might have been to blame. Jimmy cleaned out the dryer duct on the outside of the house (2 stories high) and replaced it with a better one. We did have to buy a new dryer, but now we know how important it is to keep the ducts clean!
Prompt service and very professional. Showed pictures of what he found and what he cleaned in my dryer vent. Also repaired an issue I wasn't aware of. Will use his service again.
