Right now, Tuesdays are appointment only, and when I say you get the whole shop to yourself, I mean it. It’s peaceful, chill, and feels like your own private grooming suite. The other days are walk-ins, and the treatment is still top-tier… you just won’t have the entire shop to yourself. Either way, you’re in good hands. He even ends the haircut/beard trim with a neck/ shoulder massage with a machine he has. So dope! So thoughtful! So VIP!!!

My experience is great. I am welcomed as soon as I come in by Sarah, she knows my name and it's like we have known each other forever. Sarah is very educated on every aspect of these tanning beds and the spray tan. Sarah is also educated on all the products available and keeps me updated on sales. Sarah makes you feel as if you are the only important person here and makes you feel special in your tanning journey.
I also did the teeth whitening, and Sarah reassured me during the whole process, that my teeth would look great. Let's just say, it did not disappoint. I took my 5 year old to get her ears pierced this morning! Caroline is so kind! My girl was so comfortable and relaxed. The pink chair and glitter mask definitely helped with any pre-piercing jitters. No tears were shed and they're so cute! She covered all of the aftercare instructions and we left with everything we needed for healthy happy ears.

I'm all the way in nash county. I called and asked if he could come look at my septic system because the county screwed up and my septic field was cut twice. I've been trying for over 2 years trying to get in this place it has been one thing after another. He doesn't even service this area but he came anyway. Not only did he tell me I needed a new system but he offered to do it for me. He said he knows it's not my fault and he would rather put a new system in then to fix the existing system. He told me if we just patch it, it's a matter of time before the whole system would fail. I'm so glad I got ahold of him. he was very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend this company to anyone who needs a new septic system or fix your old system. highly highly recommend. thanks for all you did and are doing to help me get in my home.

Having just moved to Burlington and bought our first house, we had never hired an electrician before. After a storm, the lights on the 2nd floor stopped working. We were a bit intimidated not knowing how much we'd have to pay for the job. We called Harris Electrical and they came out quickly, were super informative and professional and did the job within a reasonable price. I cannot thank the guys that came out and restored power back to my house. I called 6 total companies and no one would either answer or help until I called Beco. They said they would send someone out to look. The guys came out I explained to them what was going on and they went right to the breaker and showed me what the issue was and how dangerous it could have been. They made a call to get approval and to run the quote by me i approved, and they were right on the job. They did a walk through to make sure that everything was working. Andy and his team were absolutely top-notch. I highly recommend them. Here’s why:
I wanted to upgrade the electrical service in my garage in order to modernize it snd increase the capacity to 200 amps to accommodate a second EV charger. I wasn’t sure about how to proceed. I called several contractors and got voicemail. Then I called ESP. Andy, the owner, picked up the phone. He listened while I explained the situation and answered a lot of my questions, but finally said, “I really need to look at it. I can be there in 30 minutes.”
I was amazed. I said “Sure!” And about 20 minutes later we’re standing in my garage looking at the old 100 amp panel, which I had installed myself 30 years ago. We agreed that it needed to be replaced. He inspected everything including the meter and meter base and determined that the existing service would support 200 amps.
I asked Andy how I should proceed, since I wanted everything up to code and fully inspected. He said he could handle everything, from setting up the service disconnect, to getting the permit, to doing the installation, to setting up the inspection, and completing the job.
And that’s exactly what he did. No glitches, no hiccups, no surprises. The two guys he sent to do the actual installation knew their business well, and were efficient, focused, and very pleasant, allowing me to ask questions, provide information, and generally hang around as needed. Andy showed up several times during the process to check on his guys and give them some pointers, but otherwise left them alone. In the end the work was professionally done in a timely manner.
The best part of the process was working with Andy. From that first phone call to the last, Andy always answered his phone, and always had time to talk to me and answer my questions. It was not a big job, but I never felt like I was being squeezed in. I always felt like my job was as important as any other job he had going.
In my experience, ESP does business the old-school way: attentiveness, good communication, professionalism, care for the client. They will be my first call from now on.

I own a Donald Perry Building built in 1986 in Graham - almost 40 years ago. Donald Perry Construction is now a division of TOP Construction in Burlington. It's a fantastic building - very well built and problem-free, still almost as good as new. I had a few questions about preventative maintenance and wanted to get an idea what the rough replacement cost would be since I was updating my insurance policy. So I called TOP Construction where I was able to speak with the owner, Doug Uhler. He was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to answer my questions even though I wasn't looking to build a new building and my building was built long before he became the owner of the company. Anyway, I thought I'd give him and his company a shout out here. If I were in the market for a new commercial building, I wouldn't hesitate to hire TOP Construction to build it.

This was my first time having Sean from Pest-X out to my home, and he absolutely earned a 5-star review. He was on time, extremely professional, and took the time to walk me through everything he was doing. He inspected thoroughly, explained his findings clearly, and made sure all my concerns were addressed before he left.
Even on the first visit, you can tell he genuinely cares about providing great service and making sure the customer feels confident and taken care of. If this visit is any indication of how Pest-X operates, I’m looking forward to continuing service with them.

I'm not a customer but would like to give kudos when required. I'm a member of American Legion Post 63 located in Burlington. After last weekend's snowstorm, two of our members started clearing snow with a shovel and snow blower. The parking area and entrance cover lots of pavement. Steve Waltman was driving by the legions and saw what our two members were attempting. Stop there. Steve pulled into the parking lot and asked if he can help. The answer was a big yes. It’s been hard to find contractors that are reliable and care about their work, but we’ve done it! Jose is a solid, stand-up gentleman who is polite, trustworthy, professional, easy to work with, and produces a beautiful end product. He listens to what the customer’s needs are and is very thoughtful in his approach to design what works best for space and function. He built a paver patio with fire pit, and a paver walkway with steps and a retaining wall. If you contact him, give him ample time to respond as he has a small crew and spends many hours a day doing the physical work and not just delegating it. He is very hands-on and does all the quotes as well. We are so pleased and highly recommend Jose and Two Brothers Masons & Landscape Inc.

Went in to have a tooth pull , doctor said two was bad and need to be pulled , he understand I only want to pull 1 , he agreed and put my on antibiotics ,

Dr. Dailey and all of the staff were very friendly. Dr. Dailey explained the process and throughout the procedure they kept asking if I was okay and if I felt any pain.

What a great experience, but more importantly, the kindness from Juliette the operator who took my call and set the appointment, to the whole process she had insurance called and already set before we even arrived. My Son who is been in the state Carolina for a week on his own. He was in major pain and discomfort, they were not able to remove his tooth based on his situation, but they treated him like he was a family member. Aisha was so helpful to find my son another appointment to get his tooth removed even helping him with getting food at local shake place to a prescription filled at the CVS up the street. Then to the Doctor Gaitens walking him through the process and explaining the best options to helping him with his issue. Making calls to other oral surgeons trying to help him. NOT sure how many people can be happy without really taking care of his problem, but this group was outstanding. Sometimes in life it's about the people who are just kind and helpful when someone is in need, this group went way above and beyond. I'd give this group 20 stars, if possible....

I was nervous all the information I got was exactly what I had been looking for I needed. I’ve told a lot of my friends about this and I wish I had gotten cards from you to hand out. Absolutely love Feel Better! As someone who struggles with a lot of joint pain the deep stretch classes have really helped me in that area! I also have a love/hate relationship with the weights class. I appreciate that the instructors all take the time to fully explain movements/poses and are incredibly encouraging.

Stephanie listens when I talk about where I am having issues each time I see her and we work on them with heat, Maxi-rub and fingers/hands. Mine is a deep tissue abdominal issue that can be very painful but we are making more progress here than I have ever had with anyone else. She does an awesome job, respecting my privacy along the way. She finds other things that pop up along the way and takes care of them, too. She finishes with something relaxing that makes me ready to get back out and tackle the world. She is easy to talk and laugh with and really cares about you as a person. You are not just another dollar sign to her, she truly wants to help you feel and do better in your life.
