We could not have found a better office to take our special needs kitty when we moved to town! Dr. Cates and the rest of the staff we’ve met have all been AMAZING. They’re quick and efficient but also so understanding and friendly. Our cat can be a handful and they have worked with him so well and made us so comfortable. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. My family will be transitioning all of their animals to Westbrook this year as well.

I was told about Westbrook by a co-worker, so i called sure enough is by far the best .I had called around other places, and they didn't seem to care to check out my puppy. I called Westbrook, and they were more than welcome to do a checkup on her . The staff was super friendly. The vet was so nice and did a full check on my pup, answer my concerns questions . I would recommend it to others.

Service was great,with staff very helpful and with a smile on their face. Vet who took great care of my two sweet babies and the groomer was fantastic. We have been going there for three years now.been very satisfied.
