Desmond called back shortly after I left a message requesting a quote. The price was reasonable and competitive and his professional demeanor made me choose him for the job. His five star reviews are accurate. I needed more done than initially quoted and Desmond was able to stay longer to finish all the work. He is professional, polite, on time, and I am pleased with the result. I will use his services again if I need carpets cleaned.

Dez was recommended by a friend, and I’m so glad we hired him for his services! We had some tough stains from our 2 fur babies on our sectional couch that needed some serious TLC. Dez did an exceptional job! Our couch looks brand new and it smells amazing! I cannot recommend him enough.
