L.A. Nails

Based on the reviews, L.A. Nails offers both good and bad experiences. Some customers report a fabulous experience with clean service and talented nail designs. One guest had their best experience with Nikki, who is very attentive and gives customers what they want. Nikki takes pride in her service and knows her guests. However, another customer enjoyed their pedicure but felt swindled. They stated the price list is vague with no descriptions for different levels of pedicures. They asked about the Deluxe pedicure but were charged for the Signature pedicure instead, resulting in an extra $20 charge. The customer’s box of foot bath products was switched to a smell they did not want. The woman at the register did not care and insisted the box meant Signature, not Deluxe. Despite the good pedicure, that customer will not go back.
