“What a great experience, but more importantly, the kindness from Juliette the operator who took my call and set the appointment, to the whole process she had insurance called and already set before we even arrived. My Son who is been in the state Carolina for a week on his own. He was in major pain and discomfort, they were not able to remove his tooth based on his situation, but they treated him like he was a family member. Aisha was so helpful to find my son another appointment to get his tooth removed even helping him with getting food at local shake place to a prescription filled at the CVS up the street. Then to the Doctor Gaitens walking him through the process and explaining the best options to helping him with his issue. Making calls to other oral surgeons trying to help him. NOT sure how many people can be happy without really taking care of his problem, but this group was outstanding. Sometimes in life it's about the people who are just kind and helpful when someone is in need, this group went way above and beyond. I'd give this group 20 stars, if possible....“
