We closed on our home 2 weeks ago and we are very happy with the finished product. After our walk through, the service tech was here the next day to start our punch list. CCH has always been very responsive to all my calls, emails, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone

Although we didn't end up building (yet) our experience with CCHB was great. Andy, Shields and their whole team were knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond. Although at the moment it wasn't the right time for us to build, we will be back when it is to work with this great team.

Andy Mckeown and his team at Carolina Custom Homes were wonderful in helping us with our new home purchase. Unfortunately, we had a house fire in 2022 and this has been a journey that I could not have foreseen in our future (But God). Andy and his team were patient with us and gave us all the information needed on buying a Modular home in this season of our life. My husband and I lived in our first home for over 26 years and to see it destroyed by fire was devastating ( But God) and we appreciated Andy and his team for all the encouragement and guidance, we are in our new home and loving all the upgrades and the way the house was built according to our specifications....read full review
