“I own a Donald Perry Building built in 1986 in Graham - almost 40 years ago. Donald Perry Construction is now a division of TOP Construction in Burlington. It's a fantastic building - very well built and problem-free, still almost as good as new. I had a few questions about preventative maintenance and wanted to get an idea what the rough replacement cost would be since I was updating my insurance policy. So I called TOP Construction where I was able to speak with the owner, Doug Uhler. He was very friendly and helpful.
