“These guys are the real deal: responsive, reliable, pleasant to work with, effective in what they do, and fairly priced! I say this after completing the last of the needed work on my home which sits on some of the worst clay-based dirt on the planet. Since 2012 (it is now 2024), they have come out a total of 5 times to install helical piers on 3 sides of my house, confirm the integrity of previously installed piers, and to install 10 jacks in my crawl space for addition support. They could have tried to sell me on all this work from the start, but their approach was to do only what is needed now so that I did not pay for something that may never be needed. These guys are exceptional in all respects!!! I would call them in again with absolutely NO hesitation. And as a bonus, the people in the office are every bit as nice and effective and the field crews.“

“I cannot say enough good things about Randy! He was wonderful to work with. He was always on site or there within a few minutes. We built with him in 2015. It was a custom build in which he was with us every step of the way. He paid all if his bills early and that passed the discount to us. He made sure the subs provided quality work. We had some minor things after the house was built. He came out the same day and it was fixed within a few days. Even to this day he answers my calls and answers questions I may have. He has never made me feel like my calls where not welcomed. I would build with him again and again.“

“Our gazebo is beautiful...it was built by Kauffman in Tennessee! There was a few things that needed attention but owner came all the way to make it right!Tom at the location here could be more helpful. Didnt offer any advise. When we was looking on the lot....never came out to see if he could help. We brought a shed 5 years ago ...he was more helpful then. But that didn't effect our beautiful gazebo that Kauffman built!“
