Yes I am a customer, well my cat SADIE is-lol, and we are very content with all aspects of the Veterinary care we receive at Plaza Vet in Burlington, NC. First time I have had a pet as an adult and am in my 60's. Was unsure of the processes needed to ensure my SADIES' well being, but everyone at Plaza was welcoming and patient and you could tell they actually LOVE animals. Not just a job for them. Listens and communicates well as far as necessary services and the even more personal needs of the animals-and their humans as well! I've been going here for awhile, never had any issues. Staff and Dr's are wonderful, always able to help and answer questions, and take wonderful care of our fur family members.

We had to make the heart breaking decision to put our baby girl Princess to sleep Friday. The staff and Dr. Thomas was absolutely amazing!! They were so kind and caring and made a horrible moment as bearable as possible. The Dr. herself went above and beyond anything we have ever experienced and we will always be grateful. We still have one fur baby at home and we will continue to bring him here and whoever we bring in to our home next. We would not trust to anyone else to care for our babies!
