I called late on a Sunday night during peak air conditioning season because my elderly parents' house was at 84 degrees. The K&W team was able to send a technician out the following day, who quickly identified the issue and completed the repair, along with some preventative maintenance that would save another trip.

Our technicians were absolutely excellent! They were able to immediately identify the problem and communicated with us very well about it! They were very timely and went to great lengths to get us the parts we needed! They also installed them quickly! We actually had a different company come out and try to fix it prior to us contacting K&W and we could immediately tell that they guys at K&W were far superior! I highly recommend going with them if you’re having HVAC issues !
Recently had our upstairs heat pump replaced. Kenyon and Luke attempted to troubleshoot/repair our old equipment before determining a full replacement was needed. They thoroughly explained everything along the way and were very responsive to questions or concerns. Highly recommend Kenyon and Luke.
