Every one was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. They did a great job and were very fast.
Will was great! Heck, the whole staff was great. We scheduled our yearly maintenance and during the meantime one of our units stopped working. I called them and they rescheduled to come out sooner. Will fixed the problem and then did a complete service on all three units. He made recommendations and even had one part on his truck. We are now ready for summer. Nice work All Phase!
We used All Phase Heating & Cooling today for the first time, a Saturday. We left a message on their voice mail Saturday morning & received a call back within minutes. We spoke with Tina about our AC problem. She was able to help us with a same day appointment in the afternoon, 4:00. Much to our surprise, we got another call from Tina that the technician will be at our home at 2:00. Luis showed up early & immediately got to work.
