“We usually try to get Marshall Heating and Air out for our routine checks because they are pretty much the only group that we feel are honest with us about our systems… We recently we had issues with our Nest thermostat where it read indoor temp as 99 degrees and ran our A/C all night when it was 15 degrees outside ?…We ended up trashing the Nest and installed a new thermostat… Marshall came out the next morning and double checked our installation and made sure our unit wasn’t damaged and everything was functioning properly - at no charge!
