If you don't know what the Russian/korean method is I highly recommend looking into it as it's a waterless service and is SO much better for your nail health! Not to mention the prep work that goes into your cuticles which allows you to get the longest lasting results and saves you $$!<br><br>On top of that - Julie is THAT GIRL. She is so kind, has good conversations, and also knows when you want to just veg on shows so she has her iPad ready for you.
