“After going to this brow studio for a year and having consistently flawless experiences, I’m extremely disappointed by my most recent visit. My usual esthetician had left, and I was assigned to someone new. I clearly asked for only a small amount of hair to be removed and for my brows to remain subtle. Unfortunately, the majority of my brows were waxed off.
The experience was also uncomfortable, as the bed was raised extremely high and there wasn’t an adequate footrest. What’s most frustrating is that I feel my requests were not listened to, and the service seemed rushed rather than tailored to what I specifically asked for.

This was especially upsetting with a wedding coming up next week. After being a loyal customer for a year I’m very disappointed and unfortunately will not be returning or recommending this business.
