“I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment before noon of the same day. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this delightful nail salon. I had the Deluxe Pedicure which for me turned out to be something that should be called Beyond Deluxe!! My feet have never looked nor felt better! And one last thing - my feet are sensitive ; the team listened to my every suggestion as to how they needed to be handled. I don’t live here but if I come back, I’m definitely heading back for a repeat.“

“I got the super deluxe pedicure, which includes parrafin and hot stone massage. The pedicure lasted about 50 minutes and was amazing! You can call ahead to make an appointment (recommended) but they also take walk-ins. It's a nice little space and everyone there is super friendly. Great service and experience overall. This will be my new go-to!“

I decided to treat myself and not only was the staff welcoming, but very attentive and made sure that I was ok and comfortable during my pedicure and manicure and checked very often if I needed to walk around or stretch. Very sweet and I loved how my nails came out! 10/10 service! :)“

“I had a great experience with Kayla! She did my dip extension French tips and was very gentle during prep, which I especially appreciated as a nail tech myself from Texas. Her work was clean and detailed, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Kayla was friendly, the entire staff was welcoming, and the pricing was very reasonable. $104 for my nails, design, and eyebrow waxing. Overall a wonderful experience, and I’ll definitely be rescheduling with her again. Highly recommend!“

“I had the nicest and most gentle woman do my manicure. I wish I had gotten her name, but she was awesome. Nails came out great too! My total was $59 because the nail design and the gem were both separate additional charges on top of the gel base price. I came back a read some other reviews and am revising my review. The customer service is great, but I agree with another review saying there is no sanitation. I wasn't asked to wash my hands. She told me to use only water to get the dust off. I also didn't notice any new tools being switched out. They were all super busy and then the second someone was available I was taken to a seat.“

“Kandy (the owner) is amazing! I was badly in need of a new hair stylist after going way too long to another salon where they never really listened to my hair goals. Kandy really listened to the color I was going for to mask my grays while keeping things easy to maintain and not brassy. She talked me thru the process of getting the yellow out of balayage so the overall effect would give me a cooler ashy brown, closer to my actual hair color. When she turned me around in the chair when she was all done, I audibly gasped! It looked so good! I highly recommend Kandy and North Shore Salon & Spa. I will definitely be back!“
