Coming to Top Nails has become part of our self care routine! May does the most incredible job on my acrylics. I let her have artistic freedom every time I come and I have never been disappointed. She is creative and so talented. She also makes the entire experience personalized.

Annie also takes such great care of my husband who gets his mani pedi while May attends to me. Annie is thorough and gives great massages (so he tells me!).

Every time we come, they remember us and attend to us like family. The customer service is phenomenal. And, I appreciate that when something doesn’t go right (like I smudge my nails) they always fix it right away without any fuss.

The salon is clean and all the employees are so sweet! I also like that when they do pedicures, they use plastic to keep the water bin sanitary. Parking is always easy but paid in the lot.

I see Diana and she is so friendly and always helps me leave the salon feeling my best! She is great at making suggestions that match my vision but are also are flattering on me and my skin tone. If I'm deciding between multiple colors, she'll also let me try them on my hand before I commit to it which helps a lot! My mother and I always ALWAYS go to Diana to get my nails done!! She's always so fun, sweet, and relatable and it's definitely a treat figuring what style to go next! I love trying out new things and she understands what looks best! Even if I just have a rough color or vibe in mind she's able to work with it! :)
