When I showed her a reference photo and specified my preferred hair length and layer length, she provided me with guidance and suggestions to give me the look that I wanted. I love that she took her time to achieve exactly what I wanted (not to mention a great head/neck massage during the shampoo/conditioning before the cut). I was impressed that she even noted how I parted my hair when I first walked in and she tailored my haircut to reflect that without even having to ask!
