Hana was absolutely wonderful. She was very attentive, patient, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of what she was doing. She took the time to explain everything, listened to my preferences, and made the whole experience feel relaxing and enjoyable. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stood out.
The owner was also so thoughtful and kind. They went out of their way to make me feel appreciated and even gifted me concert tickets, which was such a generous and unexpected gesture. It really showed how much they value their customers.
