But someone told me that doing your eyebrow makeup with brows that are already shaped makes it a lot easier. And I also heard many good things about Dawn, who is the brow specialist here.<br>I’ve never been waxed anywhere before, so I prepared for the worst, especially since my skin is sensitive. I found that the pain at its very worst was hardly noticeable, and at best, the hot wax that is applied actually feels somewhat relaxing! Due to my sensitive skin, my brow was a little red for about an hour after waxing, but after that it went right back to normal! I was very happy with how nicely and naturally Dawn shaped my brows, and how she made me feel pampered and relaxed with the extra facial care she gave me. I will definitely be back when my eyebrows need waxing again.”

“After going to this brow studio for a year and having consistently flawless experiences, I’m extremely disappointed by my most recent visit. My usual esthetician had left, and I was assigned to someone new. I clearly asked for only a small amount of hair to be removed and for my brows to remain subtle. Unfortunately, the majority of my brows were waxed off.<br>The experience was also uncomfortable, as the bed was raised extremely high and there wasn’t an adequate footrest. What’s most frustrating is that I feel my requests were not listened to, and the service seemed rushed rather than tailored to what I specifically asked for.<br><br>This was especially upsetting with a wedding coming up next week. After being a loyal customer for a year I’m very disappointed and unfortunately will not be returning or recommending this business.<br><br>**Update: The owner, Emily, followed up immediately. She was not defensive, completely validated my experience, and acted promptly to issue a full refund. Truly great customer service!”

From the moment I walked through the front door I was genuinely welcomed by the front desk girl (an absolute gem.) The appointment itself was incredible, I felt so pampered.
