“Great school. Family atmosphere. Sifu Dennis is a top of the line instructor, and has been a Mentor, Teacher, and Friend for 15 years. You can train here for health and wellness, and to defend yourself if needed, plus everything in between. You will not find a better Wing School in the area, possibly in the country. Blessed to be a student here.”
“We have been coming to F45 Ellisville for a couple of years now and I truly feel the benefit when I spend time with my new granddaughter picking her up and standing up with her off the floor and even more. We absolutely love Emily and all of her coaches! I would highly recommend this gym for anyone at any stage!”
“This place is AMAZING! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, especially for someone who hasn't worked out in a long time and is nervous about coming. The workout is great too!”
