They have an extensive variety of classes to meet the needs of people with all different abilities and goals. It has a quite, peaceful neighborhood gym vibe without the sense of competition and pressure at other gyms.“

“Clean gym with lots of equipment always available. Had Cody G. for a trainer and it was a 10/10 experience. I have an autoimmune disease that made working out a little complicated but from day 1 Cody did his research to make sure that he understood what I needed to avoid or be careful with. He understood I couldn’t push myself too hard and had a “no injury” first approach while still motivating me. He kept me accountable with workouts and nutrition every step of the way. Thanks to Cody I understand how to use gym machines and feel confident in my ability to workout by myself.“
