I’ve been hitting the gym pretty regularly but the vibe here is a bit hit or miss. Some days it’s packed and tough to find equipment, but the classes are usually pretty solid, so it balances out. Just wish it was a little more consistent.
I found XM through a google search looking for CrossFit gyms. I had no experience with CrossFit before, so having a welcoming experience in the beginning meant a lot to me. All the coaches are so down to earth, knowledgeable, and want to be involved in my health and fitness journey. I don’t feel intimidated walking into class, only encouraged and inspired.
