As a rehab chiropractor, I'm pretty selective about the fitness programs I recommend and F45 Des Peres has genuinely earned my stamp of approval. The workouts are functional and well-designed, exactly the kind of training I love pointing my patients toward during recovery and beyond.
What sets this location apart is the coaching staff. They clearly understand movement quality, not just intensity.
