This is such an amazing place! I always feel powerful and confident after leaving class. Chris is the coach on Wednesday nights and although tough he is very patient and willing to help whenever necessary. I believe every women should take this class so you will never feel like a victim. Take back your power!!!

I'm in the market for a new strength and conditioning gym. Running across is Krav Maga Studio at the same location is like icing on the cake. I had a brief meeting with an instructor during a class. I'm very much looking forward to getting involved with this bunch. At a glance they seem very professional, very knowledgeable and it will be a great addition to my martial arts work
