Like any gym, you get what you put in, however, this gym has a great community and the workout system is infinitely variable. No two workouts are the same, so your body and mind can never get complacent. You certainly feel the workouts in the moment and the next day or two. Definitely worth a try if you are curious. You may just end up loving it as I did. Bravo!”
