“When our carpet started buckling a year after installation Charlie sent Eric to correct it . Eric was very detailed, pleasant, hardworking and overall outstanding. Great experience. The only reason for a 4 ****was that it required correction within a year of installation. Charlie did stand by their good company reputation.“
