“I had a small basement bathroom that suffered water damage a while back. The bathroom was mostly destroyed to repair a foundational issue behind the bathroom shower. Fast forward a year and I contacted Home Sweet Home after another company took our deposit and vanished. Joe came out and gave a fair estimate for the work and the project was started probably less than a month after signing the contract. I could not be happier with the end result which was a complete remodel ( floor, shower, vanity, drywall, ceiling and accessories ). Chris who did the work was fantastic he was there from start to finish, never complained, did the daily walkthroughs with me, explained everything step by step and took pride in his work. Will def use them again for any future work.“

Project Coordinator, Pam called on Monday to go over the rooms we were having to replace and cost of floors. Maureen called to let me know the installers were snowed in and will come on Tuesday. The installers, Kyle and Dylan did a fantastic job from start to finish. They swept up all debris. Maureen called the beginning of job started, middle and towards the end of job to check on how the floors were coming. Maureen did a wonderful job! We love our new floor. Thank you, Refloor! “I replaced the floors in my living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom with vinyl planks. It was installed by their installers 3 years ago. The installers did a terrible job. Scott had them come back to fix it. A year later (2 months after the warranty was up) planks started coming up. Scott sent another guy to fix it. This year the same planks came back up again. Scott sent another team to replace it. He made it right and stuck with me until I was satisfied with the product. Not many places do that any more. I highly recommend Best Buy Flooring.“
