Great customer service, especially from management. Would recommend asking for Scott as your installer. Giving 4 starts due to issues we've had with some of the other installers.

Outstanding experience with Ambassador. We’ve purchased multiple flooring materials and used their installation crews. Crews were very dependable - on time, clean, cleaned up afterwards, professional, and nice, good people! And the quality of the work has been rock solid. We are thrilled with their work. Our salesperson Eric was very responsive throughout the selection and pricing process. The two gentlemen who did our carpet install, Brian Cunning and Mark Stout, were great guys. Very experienced and high quality work! Strong positive recommendation!

Ordered great carpet from another company. I installed tack strips, pad and cut the carpet for the seem called Scott Delaney, Empire’s “Field Standards” person and requested a Union Installer. Robert Morris was supposed to be at my house at 6pm. He showed up at 4 P.M, two hours early and had the entire carpet cut, seemed, glued stretched and vacuumed in an hr and 45 min. Thank you SCOTT AND ROBERT MORRIS!
For the record, I learned Robert had a craftsmanship name, “The Carpet Lord” and you can see why? Less than 90min! Was very pleased!
