“Dr. Browning and the group at Family Eye Care of Maryland Heights are such a wonderful team. Dr. Browning answers all of my endless questions thoroughly and gives amazing information so that I understand what is going on with vision and eye health. Mark is an expert in all of my insurance and is always prepared before we arrive with info about what we have and how it can be used. He is also a great helper with choosing glasses! He is honest and gives great information about the pros and cons of each pair and how it looks. Thank you also to the tech (sorry I forgot your name) that does all of the initial testing. She is very professional and gives directions clearly! We have been going to this great team for many years and we appreciate them!“

“I 100% cannot give the employees at this location any less credit than they deserve. Ciara, Justin, Keisha, and Maddie were so incredibly helpful, pleasant, kind, humorous, and went out of their way to help us! My husband and stepson got eyeglasses, and I got eyeglasses and contacts. All of these processes were seamless even as they happened on different days, and my husband even ended up returning both frames because they weren't comfortable the way he originally thought. Again - a SEAMLESS and easy going process! Both Ciara and Justin (and even with some help from Maddie and Keisha) worked out which plans with insurance and discounts would be best for all of our separate benefits. Ciara helped me figure out what glasses would fit my wants, while also helping me figure out which frames look the best! They truly went out of their way. We will never go anywhere else for our vision needs, specifically because of the amazing customer service from start to finish. Thank you all so much for being so great to us. “I came in to have my glasses adjusted as the left arm of my Silhouette frames really needed it. Emma straightened it out but told me told me I was on borrowed time as there was damage near the arm of the frame. I was hoping to wait for new frames after my eye doctor appointment in three months. The next day the left arm fell off. I went back to Clarkson Eyecare and Emma in a couple minutes had them fixed replacing both arms of the glasses. She said I didn’t owe anything! So happy. I will definitely be back when it’s time to be fitted for new frames. Thanks so much Emma! Your gracious, generous, cheerful, and quick service was outstanding!“

“I worked with Tina to get a pair of Rudy Project glasses. She was knowledgeable about the frame brand (they had many options available in store to try), and she was very patient and informative discussing transitions technology with me. She didn't shy away from discussing technical jargon for probably over an hour, was transparent about technology differences between their lenses and Rudy Project's lab's lenses, and put my mind at ease regarding tinting, xtractive, polarization, and glare. Eyewearhaus's lab serviced my tough prescription when Rudy Project couldn't (high index, astigmatism). Tina was also very patient as I got my HSA account sorted out in-store, was willing to split my payment, and found a way to get me their $99 off special even though it technically began the next day and even though Rudy Project is usually excluded.

I was forced to come here as they're the only local retailer for Rudy Project, but they will be considered for all my future glasses needs, even living 45 min away.“
