I used the portal provided to check in prior to the appointment. This substantially reduced the time needed when I arrived. The Staff were professional & provided the eye care services promptly & on time. I later recognized a billing issue that I brought to their attention. After substantial effort by their staff, the issue was corrected the same day. I very much appreciate their efforts in resolving the issue.
