“Been going here for a few years and the appointments are easy and the times are pretty open. They’re open later on Tuesdays which is super convenient. Staff is friendly. They have the eye map machine so no burning dilation drops (ymmv based on health factors)! Contact lens fitting is easy peasy, too. Jessica was great in helping me find some new fun frames this time and she made sure I got the best price based on their current offers and my insurance coverage. Location is great too and there’s an open parking lot right behind the office which is nice.“
“Needed a same day repair after my dog chewed the ear piece of my glasses. They were able to see me right away without an appointment and then fixed my glasses free of charge since it only needed a new rubber ear piece and nose pad. Will definitely return for future business.“

These are prescription grade lenses and the difference in how much better you can see really is remarkable. My readers are so cute and they were $48. Some others with super cute funky styles were $89. Its well worth it for how much I wear my readers. And they look really good on me too!“

“I had my first eye exam at University Eye Center this week, and I can't say enough good things!'Cons'/Notes for awareness:- I was not prepared for how long the exam would take (plan for 1.5-2.5 hours -- mine was longer just because I had an additional thing with my eyes that I wanted them to look at). My appointment was after work/I had no set plans, so this was a non-issue for me, but I do wish they had forewarned me of possible differences to expect when I was initially scheduling my exam.- My exam was done by a 2nd year student and someone shadowing, under supervision of a doctor (this in itself is not a negative but something to know going in)- Because students/people obviously rotate as they progress with through their programs, even if you get amazing people like I did, you won't get the same people for future appointmentsAll that said, I was pleasantly surprised by my visit! Erin, Maryann, and Dr. Stark were extremely thorough, I had my eyes examined in ways I've never had before, and I think we all learned a lot. If they had their own practice, I'd stick with this team in a heartbeat! I actually enjoyed my visit (feels like a strange thing to say about an eye appt), and they literally saved me hundreds of dollars compared to recommendations I had previously been given by Clarkson Eyecare.I plan to keep going back as long as my insurance allows even though I won't get the same team AND knowing the exam time will take longer. Not once did I feel like they were trying to use scare tactics and/or sell me on a bunch of things like other places have done to me. They all truly cared and wanted to provide me with all the knowledge and the best options.“
