“I needed to update three pairs of glasses–one of them sunglasses–with a new prescription. All three frames are from Warby Parker, bought within the last three years, and I still love them. They are also all in good shape; it was nice there was no pitch to replace them. Chris at the Central West End Warby Parker was a great help in figuring out how to use my insurance and their discount to get the best deal. I also prefer the smaller CWE store over the Frontenac store. It's much more intimate and feels likes a local store vs. a big mall store. I also always feel like I get more personal service. That was certainly the case with Chris. I'll always ask to work with him going forward.“

“I took my wife to this location on Butler Hill Rd. after she complained her prescription wasn’t right that she received at the Festus Clarkson Eyecare location. The OD, Michael Katich, at this location did an examination & said the previous examination & script was completely wrong. The OD was thorough & provided additional information that wasn’t given at the Festus location & a new script. The staff was accommodating & friendly & we will definitely use this location verses the one in Festus. I was even willing to pay for another eye examination but they did it at no cost to us.
