I took my daughters in today and the customer service was outstanding! The star of our visit was Tina! My girls have been looking for glasses for months and couldn’t find any that they liked. As soon as we walked in my oldest saw multiple pairs she liked. Tina understood immediately what my baby wanted and needed and found the perfect pairs (I purchased two pair for her) right out the gate! When she showed her sister her frames she jumped out of the truck and Tina took her straight to what she wanted (1 and done)! This has been the BEST experience with glasses selection EVER! One of my daughters didn’t wear her glasses for two years because she hated her frames. Tina, you are absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for your patience, active listening, and ability to communicate to myself and my daughters what we needed in such a way that we all could understand. We will for sure be back for future pairs!
