I had lost a small screw to my RayBans frames and went into Lens Crafters to see what they could do. I really had no expectations. Sherylyn, a new employee, was extremely nice and helpful pointing me in the right direction. Matt, the team lead, took my glasses to see what he could do.
Shortly after, Matt came back with my glasses completely fixed and replaced the screw!! Said he was happy to help and saved me from having to buy new sunglasses. Very happy with my experience there. Will definitely go back for any future needs .
