I contacted American Society of Heating & Cooling Specialist through Thumbtack. My problem wasn't with heating and cooling, but an incorrect (reversed) water hook up to my new washer which was causing it to malfunction. Patrick contacted me, I sent pictures of the washer water hook up installation and he confirmed the problem and walked me through the remedy. He has been so responsive, communicating with me via phone and text to help me resolve my problem. I'm so grateful to Patrick and his company for their attentiveness and professionalism. I highly recommend him for any heating, cooling problems as well as plumbing. 5 out of 5 stars from my household!

We had hardwood placed in the living room and dining room. They also refinished the rest of our hardwood in entry, kitchen, breakfast room, bathroom and bedroom. The new floor and old floor match exactly. Eron came out and gave us the estimate and coordinated everything. Charles and Elliot were here bright and early each day and worked very hard. Sometimes putting in 11 hour days. They were very knowledgeable and very polite. They finished the whole process in 6 days. They were also very kind to our dog that was confused about the whole process. I highly recommend Missouri Floor Company.

There was no waiting when I got there and they do take appointments but they do take walk-ins as well and they did an absolutely amazing job on the full set that I got

Sam and Larry are amazing. They did a full bedroom conversion to a home office/man cave. From planning, scheduling, and work their craftsmanship and attention to detail is top notch. The crown piece of the room being the closet conversion to a dry bar. It exceeded all our visions. They not only do amazing work, but are honest, down to earth, good people. Felt more like an old friend at your house than a stuffy stranger. One day our dogs will let you love on them, I promise.

I received a flyer several months ago from Custom Remodeling that I saved because I was planning to redo my patio that was cracked and separating from the foundation. I called the office and requested someone call me back. I spoke with Priscilla she scheduled an estimate with Mr. Kelly. He surveyed the area, took some measurements and promised to get back with an estimate. I told him “how quick he responded with the estimate would determine if I would do the work with him”. The estimate was fair. Mr. Kelly got back to me several days later stating he could start the next day! I was surprised but ready to begin. His employees were very nice and friendly, willing to explain any details about the job. It took 3 days from tear-out to completion. They did an amazing job!!❤️?? They cleaned up the debris. Thank you Mr. Kelly and your team for a job well done ??. I would recommend you to friends and family. Blessings ??

I had a great experience with the Drury Tree from start to finish. They handled scheduling the line drop with the utility company, showed up on time, and safely removed a large tree from our property. The crew was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job cleaning everything up afterward. Communication throughout the process was fantastic. On top of that, their pricing was very fair. Highly recommend them for any tree removal needs in the St. Louis area.

Michael Williams is wonderful at Hands-On Therapies. He does such a great job of relieving stressed muscles and finding the inner muscle damage to relieve all pain. Even after a car accident, he was able to get me feeling back to normal in a couple visits. He can do super intense/deep massage or very relaxed, depending on my needs for that visit. Tell him what bothers you and he will help find the source and give you suggestions for at home care to help prevent things getting sore again.
