“I worked with Tina to get a pair of Rudy Project glasses. She was knowledgeable about the frame brand (they had many options available in store to try), and she was very patient and informative discussing transitions technology with me. She didn't shy away from discussing technical jargon for probably over an hour, was transparent about technology differences between their lenses and Rudy Project's lab's lenses, and put my mind at ease regarding tinting, xtractive, polarization, and glare. Eyewearhaus's lab serviced my tough prescription when Rudy Project couldn't (high index, astigmatism). Tina was also very patient as I got my HSA account sorted out in-store, was willing to split my payment, and found a way to get me their $99 off special even though it technically began the next day and even though Rudy Project is usually excluded.
