“After dealing with a cooling issue for close to 2 months, Budget was the 3rd company my warranty contracted to. The order was issued late Saturday and I received a call within the hour with an evaluation date of the following Tuesday. They had an opening on Monday and by Monday afternoon, parts were replaced and my hvac system was fully functioning!!! Devon was professional. He explained things in layman's terms. He explained what needed to be done and then ran additional testing to make sure my system was running as it should. A follow up email was sent with recommendations. “I called Mike for water backing into our basement and he came the same day. He explained everything that he was doing thoroughly and answered any questions I had, unlike other companies we’ve use before.He worked for hours making sure the problem was completely taken care of and referred us to a different plumber to take care of a different issue. “I am so grateful to have found Aireserve. They are the most talented, professional individuals I have dealt with related to AC service. I was thrilled to find out they also have other services including electrical and plumbing. They were able to identify the problem, create a solution to get our home taken care of including recommending a company to fix all the water damage done by improper installation of AC units from another company.
Prior to this, we had 2 new AC units replaced in our home about 2 years ago from another company. Since the prior company’s install, $40,000 later, we have had to call them back out at least 10 times, due to water condensation ruining our ceiling, AC units shutting off and/or not cooling at all! We kept calling them because we were $40,000 invested and we felt like they needed to make it right. Then this summer season started and they have already been out 2 times due to units not cooling and just last week again units stopped working while adding more water damage to our home. I finally decided that it’s time for a second opinion and we called Aireserve. Apparently, the prior company did nothing to address condensation and water has completely destroyed our attic area, ceilings and walls on the 3rd floor of our 2m dollar home. Now we have to have the ceiling and walls repaired due to all the water damage. Thank goodness for Aireserve identifying the problem and creating a solid solution to finally address this issue, for good!“

“Our house has a history of basement sewer line clogs caused by kitchen backups. Since 2019, we have had to snake the sewer line at least once a year. This time, we decided to hire Sewer Pros to perform both a sewer line cleaning and a camera inspection.

Steve ran a cable with a camera from the kitchen stack approximately 40 feet through the line with a chain cutter, and successfully removed a large amount of hardened grease and debris. After the cleaning, the sewer line was clear and flowing freely.

Throughout the entire process, Steve was very professional and took the time to explain in detail how everything worked. To my surprise, I was charged only for the cleaning service, and the price was even lower than what we paid back in 2019.
