It always a joy to see Mr. Devon Johnson assigned to my work ticket. Being a senior citizen its important for us to gain clarity about services and sometimes we need things explained more ways than just one to fully understand. Devon is always patient with me and treats me with the highest respect. He always shares with me what he has completed but never leaves without sharing his recommendations of which I respect and feel he is being honest with me and again as a Senior is most needed in this day and age. He is is to be commended.
These guys were wonderful. Let me know when they were on their way, had the estimate. They were extremely courteous and kind, acknowledging that I was working from home while they worked. Great on keeping me updated on progress and then showing me what I needed to know on a new system since it had been 40 yrs. Also, my older sister who is hearing impaired was very impressed with their kindness and professionalism. And said thank you! They were also great about cleanup and just good people. Well done Budget and Brian and the other guy whose name escapes me. (It was hot)!
