She didn't give us the greatest news about insurance coverage but she's very knowledgeable of other avenues and very resourceful to help trim some costs. Most of all I've contacted her several times about equipment not working, ordering refills, or dietary supplement questions. Most of the time I would text after hours hoping she would get back with me next day, but she would call/text back immediately with an answer or have an expert on the line with her quickly addressing my concerns. “I waited from 12:45 until 4pm for a Covid test. Gardner family health care urgent care was slammed. When I finally got in I noticed how tired and busy they all were. I noticed how they took time to listen, question and check me out. I noticed how they were polite and friendly toward me. I noticed that they remembered seeing my infant grandson just a bit earlier and took the time to tell me he was a trooper and a doll. I noticed I was 1 person in a sea of people that they saw today. “I love love Dr. Lu!!! He is the nicest doctor I’ve ever been to!! I had to take my 13 year old daughter to see dr Lu…… I was very worried because it could have been a traumatic appointment for such a young girl but Dr. Lu made it a relaxing atmosphere. He was amazing with my daughter. I’m so thankful we have Dr. Lu as our family doctor. And his nurse is so amazing!!! She always has a smile on her face and is always in a great mood!!! People complain because they have to wait a little while to see the doctor, but I’d rather wait a little while and him take time with me….than for him to just try to get in and out as fast as he can!!! I feel like he really takes the time to know me and know my medical history so when I come in the next time I don’t feel like he didn’t care enough to know what’s going on with me!!!“

“I am new to Spira Care. I wasn't feeling well and called.at 8 am for a sick appointment. The receptionist on the phone was very nice and was able to get me in at 10:15 am. She also scheduled me for my annual physical at a later date. I was greeting by warm, welcoming receptionists. They went out of their way to offer me coffee or water. The wait was less than 5 minutes before I was called to an exam room. The nurses, doctors and staff were pleasant, listened, provided remedies and I am now at home healing from my sickness. Thank you!“

“My daughter saw Dr. Harrison last week for a consultation. We were very impressed with his overall demeanor. He spent quality time talking with her about her symptoms and suggested a couple of options for her on how to proceed. He ended up doing a colonoscopy and EGD on her today, and was once again amazing! He is thorough, friendly, patient, and most importantly, he listens and is not in any rush. She has been so nervous, but he totally put her at ease. Highly recommend Dr. Harrison!!“
“I have been seeing Dr Ray for hormone replacement for several years. She always takes her time, listens, discusses my options, and provides excellent care. During COVID, she had to step away from the practice due to herself and family members being immune compromised - unfortunately this put strain on the practice and their ability to respond to patient needs as quickly as possible. These issues have been resolved and I am now responded to in a timely manner.
