“I was recently in the Er. I came in with alot of pain. and had just had a bad experience at a obgyn. I had Dr Alex and nurse Tammy. yes I was frustrated I felt like I was being ignored after sitting for 3 hrs with no word from anyone. Dr. Alex and Tammy was doing things to help me and I didn't realize they had been contacting other Dr's etc etc Dr Alex took the time out to run several test on me and explained to me very well what the issue was. Tammy was amazing! they understood i was having a difficult time. at one point I called the supervisor of the floor I do believe that's what she was Wendy. she came into my room with an attitude right off the jump. then the Dr was trying to explain something to me and she cut him off very rudely. I asked her to leave my room. I do give Dr Alex and nurse Tammy 10 stars. Wendy on the other hand desrves to have 0. Thank you Dr Alex and Nurse Tammy for treating me and caring about my needs. and explaining everything to me in a detailed manner.”
