“It was a Sunday. The kitchen sink was clogged after breakfast and I needed to make a celebration dinner for 9 that evening. I called a handful of places and wound up with these folks being the only one who could get to me the same day. Tech arrived and she went right to work. It was a bit more persistent issue than we could solve with our own 25' snake but she kept after it until the job was done. It took long enough between the wait for arrival and the difficulty of the clog that we had to improvise and adapt to overcome. Expensive steaks are in the freezer, spaghetti was a fan favorite and the price (with a nice military discount) was reasonable.“

“I can’t say enough good things about the service and attention to detail that was provided this morning. Our family home had water/sewage issues late last night and we luckily got in touch on the phone and squeezed in this morning. Not only did the team take time to find the correct issue, they were diligent in handling it correctly and more than double checked their work. Their camera allowed them to find a blockage we haven’t been able to find with other plumbers. The blockage was in a usual place - not a man hole- and they still found it and then were able to advise us on who could fix that as well. Attention to detail, kind and talented team. Robbie walked through everything that would need to be done, and completed the work on time and very professionally. The city of O'Fallon came out for an inspection a few days later (after the install) and said everything looked to be in order. The new water heater is functioning great. I am very happy with the service on this water heater replacement.“

He explained everything that he was doing thoroughly and answered any questions I had, unlike other companies we’ve use before.He worked for hours making sure the problem was completely taken care of and referred us to a different plumber to take care of a different issue. “After another company performed some somewhat mediocre work, we had Justin from the Drainage Team come take a look and propose additional options to help us mitigate some side yard flooding. Justin and his team were so knowledgeable and professional. He managed the team and project from day 1 and throughout the project which was refreshing for us, always responsive. We were able to confidently sit back and let the professionals do their work. At no point did I question the plan and quality of work being done. Funny thing about drainage systems is that you sort of have to wait for a good rain to really test out the functionality…we finally got 2 big rain storms and ZERO FLOODING. The project ended up being a bit more extensive than we originally hoped or planned for but it was the right plan and we are very impressed with the results. Thank you Drainage Team!“
