Recently my "Central Hardware Water Heater" stopped working, I don't know why, it was only about 25 years old. I went to LOWES after searching on line and bought a new one. Sales rep. took care of all the work and stated the plumber would contact me. Later the evening a man from TRIO called and we set up a date for the install, and he also gave be a quote as to the total cost. This was on Sat. the 2nd. and on Monday the 4th. a young man ( WILL ) arrived with the water heater. Will was here for about 2 and a half hours. He was very nice and informative. Showed us everything he did and instructed us on what we needed to know. I think he is an exceptional employee and should be commended for his work and attitude.

Trio installed a new dishwasher for me through Lowe’s. Our tech, Leo, was communicative, on-time, and super professional. He had the dishwasher installed and the old one hauled out in less than a half hour. Very happy with the whole job!
