Had a new water installed by Trio. Eric Williams did the work. The work was great ad neat. The next day we discovered a small water leak from an old fitting and he came back the next day and fixed the problem. Excellent service not only did he fix the issue but he fixed it the right way.

They did a great job for Lowe’s installing a new water heater. I asked for a quote o Sunday & it installed on Wednesday. Installed was very nice, explained everything & cleaned up everything. Highly recommend.

Trio plumbing made replacing our water heater a hassle free experience. When I called Lowes they sent my request to Trio plumbing. Mark called me right away and gave me a quote over the phone. (Which was the best of three I received.) He was very informative of what I could expect. Eric showed up with my new heater when I was told he would. He was very professional and wasted no time replacing the unit. Eric took the time to show me how the unit operates and was ready to answer any questions that I may have. He hauled off my old unit and made sure everything was operational before he left. I highly recommend Trio plumbing! Thanks again!Scott
