Recently my "Central Hardware Water Heater" stopped working, I don't know why, it was only about 25 years old. I went to LOWES after searching on line and bought a new one. Sales rep. took care of all the work and stated the plumber would contact me. Later the evening a man from TRIO called and we set up a date for the install, and he also gave be a quote as to the total cost. This was on Sat. the 2nd. and on Monday the 4th. a young man ( WILL ) arrived with the water heater. Will was here for about 2 and a half hours. He was very nice and informative. Showed us everything he did and instructed us on what we needed to know. I think he is an exceptional employee and should be commended for his work and attitude.

Had Trio come and install 2 water heaters (via Lowes). Talked with Mark to arrange everything by phone and he was able to schedule everything the following business day. Crew was on time and professional. Price was competitive. Would highly recommend.
