“Christmas weekend I had a pump failure on a 50 unit apartment building, resulting in no heat . One vendor came out and worked for 6 hours and eventually said they didn't know what to do and said I had to call someone else.Made a bunch of calls to vendors who either were not willing to come out or had no experience with this type of boiler. Called Cities1, gave them my information. The tech called me back and he was there within the hour. Walked in, very professional and confident. “Love my softener and drinking water system. Had it installed for a couple years now and still have had no issues. Every technician that has been to my house has been respectful, answered all my questions and did a fantastic job for checking over my equipment and testing water quality. The salt sale is also great and the quality of salt they offer is actually more pure than most store bought salt so it is a bit pricier but worth it to me. Would recommend them for water treatment needs!“
