There’s nothing like having your finished basement flood with sewer water and learning the culprit is a severely-compromised sewer line, needing full repair/replacement. Jim and Matt made what is a painfully spendy, but necessary, process as smooth as possible. I’m very grateful they were able to line my existing pipe after several spot repairs, to avoid any digging. I’d absolutely recommend these folks to anyone. Thank you!

Sewer drain was backing up into the path of least resistance which happened to be the bathtub. I called 1st am and they were able to get someone out by early afternoon. They communicated a tentative appointment, then confirmed, texted when they were in route, called me with the assessment and a plan, confirmed repair was completed and explained what caused the problem. Everyone I dealt with was professional and I didn't once think that they were taking advantage of my situation. This is my rental property and I live 1500 miles away. I rely on dependable and honest contractors when I have property problems. I'm definitely keeping their contact information for future reference....read full review
