Our technician Tony did a great job installing our reverse osmosis water system. He was very friendly,knowledgeable, and did a neat and professional installation of our system. Everyone at Commers is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful including Rob who sold us our system, Mandy who set us up with customer care, and the people answering our phone calls. Called Commers for service call as it seemed water was no longer flowing through my softener system. Technician Greg responded and we soon discovered that he was the original installer of my system several years ago. He quickly found the problem was a salt bridge. We are snow birders and Greg showed me how to prevent this occurring in the future, how to set the system when we are gone for long periods. He also thoroughly checked all settings, reset where needed, filled my salt tank at the appropriate levels and then ran the system to ensure all worked well.
