We are very pleased with the recent service from Commers. Jake (Service Technician) came out and very quickly diagnosed the issue. We had the option of fixing a unit that was 12 years old or replace with a new unit and we decided on the latter. Jake was also assigned to remove the old unit and installing the new system, and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Jake also took the time to explain the operation of the new unit and also provided instructions for setting up on our phones, enabling us to control the unit via wifi. In summary we are very pleased with Commers and the service Jake provided.
