Shopped around at the cheap unboxed and scratch & dent places that offer very little support and it was only slightly more expensive at Warners' Stellian and also got their entire infrastructure behind the sale.

Delivery was well within the stated time window. Installers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Our new LG washer was installed far faster than we expected and it is extremely quiet! Love it!
