My salesperson got our dishwasher ordered and scheduled efficiently; they have a good process, providing a packet of paperwork with details on the cabinet opening dimensions (including diagrams), rebates, etc. We were given updates by text message for the install date/time. Our installer came on time and did a great job, and I was surprised at how fast it went.
